90% of success is just fucking showing up. Most of the time you'll feel like you're not producing anything valuable, but just fucking be consistent. Push for 1% every day and the effect of progress snowballs.

Satisfaction in life comes from production, not consumption. You need to strive to be a creator to truly experience a life fulfilled.

But if you're afraid of judgement, afraid of showing your work, afraid of doing the work because you don't want to fail yourself, then you'll never do more than coast. And you've been coasting most of your life. Imagine how far you could go if you actually showed up and engaged in the the struggle for progress.
